Three-season & screen rooms
Open when the day is perfect. Closed when it is not.
A flexible outdoor room built around multi-track windows and screens—more protection than a screened porch, with the wide-open ventilation that makes spring and fall special.

How it is built
What is behind the finished room.
Every project is adapted to the existing home. This section shows the typical Mattison assembly so homeowners can compare real construction—not just finished pictures.
Comfort & energy
Built for ventilation—not sold as conditioned space.
Three-season products manage breeze, insects, rain, and shoulder-season comfort. They are intentionally different from insulated all-season windows and should be compared on that basis.
Large screened openings
Stacking panels can open most of the wall area while the insect screen stays in place. Actual opening percentage depends on the track configuration.
Weather flexibility
Close the panels when wind, pollen, or rain arrives. Open them again when outdoor conditions are comfortable.
Roof comfort
An insulated roof assembly can reduce overhead heat gain and help the room feel more comfortable than an uninsulated porch roof.
Honest energy expectations
Flexible vinyl panels are not insulated glass units. Supplemental heat may take the chill off, but the room is not represented as year-round conditioned living space.
*Up to 80% opening applies to selected five-panel configurations. Three-season performance varies with sun exposure, wind, panel system, roof insulation, and whether the existing floor and walls are insulated.
